{This after 5 years of living there} Angela Witty is not so {WITTY} She is ignorant & uneducated! She lies to cover her mistakes and cover more lies. If youre not part of her click like the Russells, the resident City of Rochester Engine 19 Firemen and his wife and {daughter, the 150-pound cat}! in apartment 2108. Oh, I do have a video with her lying on it about her 150-pound cat that runs all over the apartment. At all hours of the night and day. They who smoke in their apartment and on their deck whenever they want. And make all kinds of noise they want like at all hours. They blame it on the 150-pound cat as was claimed by them, and Angela Witty. Oh, I do have pictures for anyone who wants them 1000s of cigarette butts all over. O did I say that this is a NON-SMOKING CAMPUS! I was forced to get a letter from the VA to move but, they would not let a 100% Disabled US Veteran with PTSD move out. Without steeling a months rent and our security deposit of over $2,800.00 The floors and walls are thin and you have to move your car every time it snows. I would give zero stars if possible, my parents have lived here since the buildings were originally built. Time has passed and things have settled. Which means, the insulation between floors is VERY noisy. There was a time that I stayed wish them, their upstairs neighbor paces for hours as if they are a caged animal. Theyve dealt with that for years and decided to say something. Well that didnt go over well, so the upstairs neighbors now drop pans purposely on the floors at all hours of the night. My parents are in their early 60s and my brother is a Veteran with PTSD, so how do you think it is for him to deal with sudden sounds like that?! Its harassment! The women down at the office have constantly been rude and its gotten to the point where my sweet mother is in tears its so unbearable. Angela down at the office has raised her voice to both my mother and father. She told them to deal with it themselves which they felt uncomfortable, but did once and video taped it just to be safe... But Miss Angela got the complaint from the other neighbor and took their side and refused to watch the video when my parents were only doing what she suggested for crying out loud! Needless to say, this situation is a mess and I am completely ashamed of this company for treating a Veteran and my parents like this. There is already contact made with lawyers and I am stopping at the local police station today bc I have had ENOUGH with seeing my parents suffer like this, the Rent for this place is not worth it!
