John helped my business partners and I with a property that we had to hold for two years before we could sell, due to Covid eviction moratorium. He helped us the whole and was very attentive. He drove by the house for us multiple times to make sure the home was not getting destroyed by the occupants. Without John we would have had difficulty through the whole process and selling the home. I would recommend him to everyone to buy or sell a house.
