The principal, Claudia, was very helpful when we bought our home in Columbia County. What I liked was she wasn't shy about telling us if she felt a house we were interested in after seeing it on the Internet was not suitable for our needs and desires. We were moving from North Carolina which is a two day drive, so Claudia would check out properties we were interested in and report back to us. We didn't want to make a twelve hour drive and find out that the property was quite different than the appealing online pictures. Claudia also gave us the name of a very competent whole house inspector.

We had an amazing experience with Living Structures and specifically with Claudia Zucker. She helped us finding exactly the type of property we wanted and she was always available throughout the buying process. She has a lot of expertise so as first time home buyers, she gave us great advice to make sure we don't make any mistakes even in a seller's market. I had a terrible experience with this Real Estate Agency. Specifically with the principal broker Claudia Zucker. I reached out after seeing a property on Zillow that my family and I were immediately interested in. From the very first call I was urged not to put an offer on the property. I thought it was so odd, I had never experienced an agent urging a potential buyer not to buy. I had no idea this was the beginning of a series of back to back push back responses from the agent. She never answers her phone so I was left to translate everything via email. After demanding that my offer be presented to the seller she still continued to bring up all the issues with the house trying to steer me away from putting an offer in. Once she finally she did present my offer she proceeds to say that it won’t be considered because I haven’t see. The place in person, which is illegal . You can’t deny a potential buyer for that reason. This treatment included a series of reasons why I shouldn’t buy the home. I told her we were black and she the neighbors had Trump signs, I told her we didn’t care about the damage bc we wanted the land and then all of a sudden the land had issues too. I couldn’t make it up to the property in time (even though it was listed for 4 days) and she said she would send a video - never got a video because she claimed the quality was poor. I even had my realtor call just to be sure and the first he says to me after speaking with her was “this woman does not want you to have this place, something is fishyâ€. So after 4 days of being on Zillow and presenting the highest offer the listing is all of a sudden pending, which usually doesn’t happen until Escrow. A day after an apparent offer was accepted the listing is accepted? I never right long reviews like this but the experience was disheartening and to be transparent felt like a complete discrimination. So unless you’re a Trump supporter I wouldn’t not recommend working with this office.
