This company is leaving houses in peoples person business parking lots without approval. When called to ask to move the house, they said they needed a permit to move it, but there was never a permit granted for that location that it was left at. If you are looking to purchase modular homes, you may want to consider where your home is going to be and if it has approval to be there prior to it being set at your location. Its clear corners are being cut and the proper permits are not being created during the transportation and storage of any home. Something to think about when purchasing your house, one cut corner typically means there are several. If you look up American Homes in Richfield Springs, NY on google, its obvious they changed their name on here to avoid other poor reviews. If you got to the website they are the same company, and just looking at the reviews they are not completing jobs properly and their reviews are not a reflection of a company that you should be purchasing a new home from.
