Great butcher! The products are fresh and delicious and the folks working there are super polite and helpful. I swing by whenever I'm in the Catskills!

Great quality. Country Spare Ribs, Irish Bangers breakfast sausage oh so delicious. Bacon burgers and regular burgers are very good. Very little shrinkage in the burgers and breakfast sausage is very good to. Nice package deals offered to.
