Throughout the color / root touch-up he would Converse with the owner and ask her opinion and she suggested a color I wasn't even thinking of....I absolutely LOVE IT came out EXACTLY how they said...They took control yet spoke to me about the whole process and how I would benefit...I absolutely love the hair lab!
