I can't say enough good about this bank, or this branch in Cairo - and I can't say enough good about the people working there. It is the staff who makes the bank. These wonderful people make this bank personable, helpful, connected with a personal touch, efficient, honest, pleasant, sincerely caring - every trait you would hope all banks exhibit. While many banks do not exhibit these core traits, Pioneer excels in them. What makes this bank the best I have ever banked with? The People! Gives you a “home town bank” feel although the days of those I thought were far gone! Parking adequate, drive up window easily accessed without barriers and staff are friendly and capable.

I have been banking with Pioneer Bank since it changed over from Berkshire Bank. The service that I receive from the Cairo branch is second to none. Phone calls and questions are answered immediately, I am always greeted by a courteous associate. It is definitely a full service bank. I have all 4 business accounts with them and numerous personal accounts. I give them a 5 star rating.
