Very friendly, easy drop-off. Just didn't like how front window replaced was not centered. Passenger side is touching the body and the driver's side has a huge gap. And they didn't put my wiper arms back correctly. But it's under warranty

Excellent customer service. I had an appointment for our Grand Wagoneer, the vehicle ended up being in service on the day of our appointment. When calling to reschedule, Capital land was more than willing to bring the glass to the dealership, perform the replacement and recalibration on site. Saved me a trip and time! Thank you!!

2024 Review * Recently, I was worried that my seal around my windshield was missing/loose in places. I own an older car I do not drive often but decided to have it looked at anyways. Captialglass had excellent customer service and was extremely helpful with over the phone scheduling. The part I was missing around the windshield was just cosmetic and did not need to be replaced. Capitalglass did not charge me for their service even though they did a welfare check on the vehicle for me. I respect the honesty and will not forget it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. It is nearly impossible to find an honest opinion and I appreciate theirs.
