We had the opportunity to be the first to bring 4 Inchy Bookworm Vending Machines into Canada. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, and we always felt supported. Jay and his team are truly amazing, and strongly dedicated to improving literacy levels for young students. Every conversation I have with Jay, strengthens my appreciation for his work and the passion he has to make a difference! The book vending machines have been such a tremendous success, we have just ordered 4 more!! Thank you Global Vending Group for your innovation and tenacity.

I bought a vending machine from a friend. When I had problems I called the Global Vending Group. They always helped me. I also bought some bill acceptor cleaners they work great!. When it was time to buy another machine I wasn't loyal to the Global Vending Group. I bought cheap it was a mistake. I would highly recommend buying from Global Vending Group and avoid LaVend from Washington state.

The Book Vending Machine experience was absolutely incredible and a much needed positive thing during the pandemic. From when I first called and spoke to Ken back in July 2020, to submitting the proofs, to receiving the machine, to watching the students come in each day and eagerly look to see what books are available, this has truly been the highlight of this year!! That very first phone call, started the process off brilliantly! There possibly is not a nicer person in the world, then Ken. I can not recommend this company and Ken enough!!!!!

My school ordered a book vending machine from Global Vending. Their customer service is excellent. They have helped us with any issues that have come up.
