I couldn't find Clark's shoes in Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga NY. Is it closed? There are other stores with Clark's shoes in it. DSW JC Penneys and Fous Footwear.

What happened to the Store Manager that used to run this store. I think his name was Josh? The blonde guy. He was awesome! He was always going out of his way to help people. Not only did he go out of his way for any member of my family that stopped in for some new kicks, he did it with a smile, while assisting other customers and actually appeared to care about the people he was taking care of. No desire to shop here anymore now that he's gone. Seems like he was the only one who worked there that cared, and brought a positive, welcoming and exciting energy to that place. Last time I was in before Covid I was completely ignored and just recently my presence seemed to be an inconvenience and my question seemed to annoy the employee.
