Never showed for delivery, after making sure that I would be home and stating numerous times that it was a definite delivery between 8-10. Never got a call, nor email. Would never use their service again. At least call and state, hey not gonna show. Now I have used up a personal day waiting all day for no one to come nor call

We moved from Buffalo to Florida and the move could not have been easier.They were right on time the day of the move.Everything was packed and done within hours.Very helpful. All my boxes were in Florida ahead of schedule .They were the best!!!!!! Would recommend 100%.

Excellent team, very professional and super helpful overall. This was a 2 day move, had the same crew both days who were outstanding. I highly recommend Cook Moving Systems and will be using them again when needed. Thank you Cook for an excellent move!
