Conversion Monster

We have been using Conversion Monster for just over a year now. Overall, we are very happy with the results. Picking up the live transfers are the key to closing more business. The thing about internet leads is that it really only works at scale. Internet leads are an ROI play but you need to be patient with them. Our results with CM have improved over time b/c we understand that it can take months or a year to convert some of these leads. We're certainly not nurturing them for that long, so CM is a great solution for follow up.

I've been in the industry for almost 5 years and my consistent problem has been maintaining my leads. No other lead generating source does what this company does. They go above and beyond to recapture hot leads that have greatly improved my business! It's like having multiple people work for you. 10/10 recommend.

Ive been using conversion monster for just over a year to help convert my team's internet leads. They've been doing a great job. Is it absolutely perfect? No. However, it's a helluva lot cheaper than hiring an ISA in house. As a team, we do a decent job with reaching out to our leads but not consistently. It's impossible to call all of our leads in 5 minutes or less and most importantly follow up as many times as Conversion Monster does in a week, month and a year. If you don't have a system or a process for lead follow up then this company is for you. Agents are just not going to call their leads and I've found providing hot leads is a great recruiting tool.

STAY AWAY! I attempted to be cordial and professional canceling my account. Unfortunately, the poor reviews and stall tactics are true. They blew me off many times. Still working on a cancellation.

Look at the previous reviews, Dave Carr commented twice - he is part-owner of Conversion Monster (and also penalized by the FTC for shaky collection practices, along with Jeremy Scinta, another employee of the company, who also commented below). Brandy Alvarez, also commented below, she works for Conversion Monster also. Matt Rizzo, yet another commenter, does sales for Conversion Monster. When employees have to rate and post reviews of the company as if they were consumers, it becomes deceptive.
