Very helpful and friendly staff! Gave me the opportunity to bring or mail in my prescription for TegaDerm Patches which are water proof coverings for another my medications. I looked all over town only to find out that they are the only merchants to have availability for them and that the "wonderful" insurance company will pay for. My experience acquiring them was simple, pleasing and manageable. Receive item within 3 days of correspondence with them. Highly recommend them for anything you need, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services.

Blackburn’s store on Union rd in Cheektowaga, NY is very unorganized and messy . The woman working the desk was not very knowledgeable. My daughter went there to buy a pair of medical stockings, unaware that she has insurance that they do not accept, she purchased them anyways per doctors orders. I advised my daughter that if she went to another medical place they would have accepted our insurance. I went to return the leg stockings that were never worn and still in the box , I was advised that the small print on the bottom of the receipt says if there is an s in the one column it is a sale item and cannot be returned, this was no sale item , talked to the manager Jan and she was firm and stated that because of hygiene issues they are not returnable. Very bad business and a lot of money for a young girl. Everything nowadays is returnable they can get credit from manufacture. Plus people would come back more often if they know this store takes care of customers. I would not recommend this store at all . I also will be calling Home office!
