The Doctors are good but the FRONT DESK STAFF AND NURSES ARE GHETTO, & HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They will argue with you about getting your child an appointment and barely answer phone!! SLOW response times if you leave a message. THEY ARE EVEN WORSE AT THE NEW LOCATION!! STAY AWAY

As i sit here in aching pain after walking up hella stairs juat to reach this office...neither receptionist even spoke or said good morning...if there are more than 6 ppl you will not be able to wait...the sign alone for the building is so tacky you can tell the "Man" just through towne garden pediatrics to thw worst possible destination as possible...cheaper move in a low providence place...no elevators so people with hips like mine or back problems like mine will be in tears like i was when i walked up here about 10 min ago tryna hold back tears...trust and believe i will be talking with kids doctor today to see where else they can see her... Its clean but this building is a industrial business building not for a children's doctors office

Everytime i call, i get the voice mail, how is this a pediatric office. Unbelievable.

I hate it here y’all are unprofessional and doesn’t even deserve one star at that y’all always sitting at the desk chatting it up every time I come in there but y’all act like y’all can’t answer the phone I been calling for 4 weeks left a message all that. I can’t believe how awful this place is for real

Every time I call someone pick up and hang up on me. It has never been this much of a hassle to schedule my child an appointment. Hopefully the service has not changed once i finally get a chance to take him in for an appointment
