I supposed to have had an appointment this morning , but medical transportation never picked me up and I live 2 hrs away. I tried calling several times but the teleprompter is messed up and doesn't direct me to speak to anyone

Why every time I call its closed then at 12:30 closed for lunch then closed again for the whole day Monday thru Friday. Did they get a different number?

The Conventus Building is beautiful - spacious, immaculate and efficient. Everyone we have dealt with is extremely competent and helpful. The parking is confusing when you first use it. But it is very convenient once you figure out the scanning of your ticket before getting on the elevator. It is a great addition to Buffalo's medical campus!!

I hate this place. It's in an inconvenient location, it's always such a production because you're competing with car and foot traffic from Children's hospital, Buffalo general and some Roswell. The only part that was nice is their own parking garage. I just would have left and found a doctor that's not such a hassle to go SEE. Now, you do have to pay for parking inside the building. We found out the hard way. Immediately when you get off the elevator there's a way straight across from you, if you look up you'll see a little white sign that blends into the background and what looks like a little ATM. We'd never been in the building before, I guess it's our fault for not looking for that little sign, but I don't usually check the wall when I get off the elevator in a building I've never been inside of. I look for the lobby and then a directory to figure out what floor I'm supposed to go to. And we didn't need an ATM, so we didn't stop to see if the little ATM was really an ATM. We pay at the exit like virtually every other parking ramp that's been a thing. There's a chip reader for your bank/credit card on the little thing at the gate. The biggest problem was it didn't work. It wouldn't accept payment when you used your card, there's not a sign there implying that you go back and pay inside. Now, we can't get out and we can't back up to go back inside because there's line of cars behind us. That's ok, there's a worker with the word "parking" on his jacket. He can help us, it's his job. Apparently we inconvenienced him with job duties cause he was just a plain jerk. Rude, condescending sarcastic. "You pay inside, that's why there's giant signs everywhere" (What signs? Where were these giant signs he was speaking of?? I had to go back for another appt and didn't see all these big signs that are apparently everywhere.) oh I'm sorry sir, I'm here to find out if I'm going to go blind, but I'm very sorry to bother you. it eventually accepts payment and we couldn't get out fast enough. Well, At least now I know that the ATM is for parking. Then getting to the section you need to get to after asking the lobby guy what floor you go to. There is a well labeled big sign when you turn off the elevator hanging from the ceiling that says neurology, perfect. I'm finally here. There's 2 or 3 check in desks. Which line do I get in? There's no signs saying which doctor is which desk. Welp, let's pick a line to stand in and hope for the best. We get to the front desk said we were there to see Dr. X. We're in the wrong line. Awesome. I just want to go home at this point. My doctor did practice out of an office in Williamsville one day a week though, well I'm obviously doing that. I schedule a follow-up appt then and there for SIX MONTHS ahead of time. Two weeks before the appt I made 6 months ago, I get a call. The doctor isn't going to be in Williamsville anymore that day. And no, there aren't any other Williamsville appts unless I can wait another 6 months, which obviously I couldn't. So I had to go to conventus. Awesome. Now, my Dr is great. Good at what she does, I like them as a person. My eye doctor knows her and he called her directly while I was at an appt with him that morning. She was at Buffalo General, and would be waiting for me to get to the ER and I had to go down there as soon as possible. When she heard I was there she came out to the waiting room to get me herself, where she explained more of what was going on and said on an emergency-ish basis, I needed a spinal tap.
