Yup, this is a 1 Star business for a reason. I wouldn't use nor recommend them. Total lack of professionalism.

I wouldn't recommend this service. My very concise email wasn't read correctly and service was very far from ASAP.

If I could give a negative star, I would.  I ordered a PIZZA through them.  I PIZZA from a restaurant that does not deliver.  I really didn't realize this was the company doing the delivery.  I ordered it at 11:45am as a surprise for an office.  It said it would be delivered by 12:25.  At 1:10pm the app said if it wasn't delivered yet, I should contact the restaurant.  The only way I knew it wasn't delivered is because I called my friend who I was trying to surprise and asked them if they got a "delivery".  Nope.  They did not.  I called the restaurant and they said ASAP never picked it up.  It had been sitting there.  I then called ASAP.  Their customer service is very nice and refunded my money, but the point is that now the surprise was gone.  This is my 2nd experience.  I WILL CONFIRM BEFORE ORDERING THAT THIS IS NOT THE DELIVERY COMPANY.  THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT HAVE RELIABLE DRIVERS.
