        I initially had a positive experience working with Donna Medina to set up two life insurance policies. However, when it came to the second policy and additional information was needed, communication became an issue. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, Donna has been unresponsive and difficult to reach. I've had to take the initiative to contact the third party myself and go through extra steps to get any updates on my policy. I appreciate the assistance provided initially, but due to the lack of communication and follow up has been disappointing.
