        I just got off the phone with them trying to get a quote on a few king comforters and a velvet duvet and all of my winter coats And she said that they were too busy to do things like that over the phone and that they’ll give me a quote on my ticket when I drop it off. This would defeat the purpose of comparing prices. I told her that I was looking to compare prices and that urban valet was able to give me a quote over the phone and then she told me to just go there then and said OK OK OK like seven times as she was hanging up the phone as if my calling her why is somehow an annoyance. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend. I will drive the extra mile or two up to urban valet from now on.
