The place is nice but the people who work there is very bad shame they are in the heart of downtown no class at all it is shame on dounk dount to hire this kind a people I think they are high in drug

This place is a mess and it's a shame I order a grilled cheese with bacon the guy taking my order did not know how to use the register the person making my sandwich put on gloves to make it but then picks up her phone and starts texting with the same gloves on which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves then when I get to my office I take one bite and there was a long strand of red hair of course I called to speak to a manager and no one picked up it really is said that this location is in down town and the people working there have poor customer service skills and have no idea of what there doing actually I have to be fair they have at least to employees that actually do there job right

1pm and they're out of everything. When the staff is not ignoring you, they're rude. Go somewhere else.
