I have 4 children and have been happily coming to Allentown Pediatrics since the eldest was born 6 years ago. We primarily see Dr Conley- she is great with my kids and I appreciate her medical advice/approach. The administrative staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Everyone is highly responsive to my calls and patient portal messages about appointments and non-urgent medical issues. Ive noticed a stark contrast between these wonderful experiences with Allentown Peds and many lackluster experiences with my husbands and my doctors over the last decade.

Absolutely disgusted with the care there recently. They have went down drastically and I will be finding a new provider ASAP . They never have enough doctors , they lie about rescheduling appointments and lie about not having the correct information on file. You have to confirm contact information and everything was verified in September, but all of a sudden none of the contact information is correct when it has been the same for 7 years. I used to tell everyone to go there, but not anymore. So disappointed because I truly loved going there.

Very disappointed with this practice.
