So annoyed right now! Because of change in dental insurance, we had to find a new doctor. I found that Dr. Novak had good reviews, so I called to schedule an appt for my husband. I called 3 times due to different questions we had, every time mentioning Dr. Novak's name numerous times. Schedules an appt for the same day. My husband had to leave work after half day to make it to this appt. He goes to his appt, gets there early, calls me about 20 mins prior to his appt to tell me he's not sure which office it is as there's no Dr. Novak's name on any of the doors. I call them back to ask what their practice is called to make it easier for my husband to find them. At which time I am casually advised that... dr. Novak is retired and is no longer practicing! I'm on the phone silent, in complete shock that after speaking with the office 3 times prior NO ONE bothered to mention that, even though I called to schedule an appt WITH DR. NOVAK!!!!!!!!!!!! "Well, we're still in Dr. Novak's office, but Dr. Hill took over since Dr. Novak retired". Why did no one tell me that before? Why is there no mention of a Dr. Hill on their website and FB page, with Dr. Novak still being all over both? Why is their pre-recorded phone messaging system still tells you to dial 2 for Dr. Novak???? I called my husband to see what he wanted to do, and he told me he wanted to leave because he didn't like the atmosphere in the office. We are both still pissed that his time was wasted (even though we were able to cancel his appt 4 mins before it was to start, he had to leave work after a half a day to make it to this appt!!!), my time was wasted too. Just extremely annoying, irritating and unnecessary negative experience that should have been avoided if all the staff in this office knew what they were doing.
