To all the staff at Premier Recovery Group including Mr. Matthews. I had a debt that was ignored on my part for a couple years and these folks got in touch with me and were willing to not only settle the debt but make a payment arrangement with me to. I am very happy with this collection agency and believe (because I had to learn the very hard way to) that if you give them a chance and are kind right off the bat (no matter what) they will give you one to and can be very sincere back. They will work with you, just be honest. :) Merry Christmas staff! Keep up the great work!! And...Thank you!!

They have been calling since January they refuse to tell me where they are and refuse to prove they aren't a scam but wants my address. Half the folks I talked with says they can send me an email but the other half says they can't until I make a payment. No email has been sent to me but I recorded all the conversations.
