        I ended up totally turning Siri and the touch screen off on my I-Phone. After an hour of trying to fix the problems I went to the McKinley Mall hoping they could help me there. I planned on having to walk around but Ishrak the manager had fixed what I did in about 10 minutes. Prior to that I thought for sure I would have to go to the Apple Store or losing all of my data. He was so helpful, kind and answered all of the questions I had about my phone. He also took the time to explain the Apple Watch to me. I am considering buying one and now I am definitely going to. After the fantastic customer service I received I wouldnt go to any other T-Mobile location. In addition I would recommend them to my family and friends as well. Thanks again T-Mobile McKinley mall location.
