I have worked with EBC Payroll for the past two years and it is a great company. I worked with Stephanie Santos and Nicole Edwards and they couldn't have been more responsive. Whenever I needed anything or had a question they were right on it. It is a pleasure to work with them.

I started doing business with the company in March. The sales representative was great, and my initial account manager provided outstanding service. (Later I would find out both of the quality employees I dealt with left the company.) For this company to be considered a professional payroll service, I was caught off guard by the lack of professionalism. A simple example is someone different answering the office phone without giving their name. I found it concerning that it took EBC three different employees to process prevailing wage payroll. I switched my payroll service from in-house to a third party to ease the workload on my staff when dealing with prevailing rate jobs; unfortunately, my staff did not see any relief. My most recent account manager consistently misinterpreted clear instructions more often than I would like. I found it very difficult to get in contact with the company when I had an issue. I was disheartened by their customer service when attempting to resolve the issue. This does not feel like the same company I signed on to in March. I would recommend other businesses to look at other options when looking for a payroll provider.

Early on in my career I was a sales trainer, supervisor and district sales manager for a fortune 500 company, tasked with evaluating sales talent and class A customer service talent throughout the United States. Without question, I can tell you that my association and interactions with EBC's Ryan Gannon (One to their top performing Sales Business Development specialists) has been my pleasure. He is an extraordinary individual, one of the finest, most polite professionals I have ever met.
