        I would give more stars if possible.I have been a client for close to 30 years and never had a bad experience.I work with the general public on a regular basis and know it is impossible to make everyone happy but can say that I have never had issue with changing a appointment with proper notice. I totally understand a salon charging a fee for a no show or last minute cancellation.Sounds like the person complaining has “other” issues....friendly pleasant salon .I highly recommend Chuck and GOTTA HAIR DESIGN

        Having been a customer of Gotta Hair Design for 27 years, my family and I have never had an issue with the service at this salon. The salon is very clean and the owner is very professional with all of his clients. He has always done his best to accommodate and reschedule under extenuating circumstances. Not sure why the harsh review from the one person below.
