I am a physician and recently worked with Kevin Wicka concerning a work related business issue. Mr. Wicka is professional, personable, and most importantly highly adept with his knowledge of the law and negotiation skills. He is flexible in that he has the ability and sense of discernment for when to apply full pressure as opposed to taking a more gentle approach. Needless to say, I received excellent advice and in the future, when I need full representation he will be the one that I call.

I called a couple months ago and left a message inquiring about what I believed to be discrimination in the workplace. I was called back and told that one of the attorneys could see me but that it would cost $375 for a consultation. Then I was told that it had to be paid in cash, no exceptions. I was also informed that the consultation didn't guarantee that the attorney could form a case around my claim(s) and that he may only offer advice. Well I found that to be a bit odd. So I ended up passing on what would have likely been a waste of my time and money.
