    Only called to get information on a possible case. Spoke to Michelle from medical malpractice and she was very rude.As I was telling her my story she interrupted me and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She told me that I am welcomed to go someplace else. I remained calm and politely thanked her for her time. Horribly customer service. Please tell me how do you know if there’s a case if you won’t listen to people speak??..

    I was hit in 2016. I met Jack Murrett. He asked if I wanted to see a chiropractor. I did. I went to physical therapy 3x a week. I could count on 1 hand how many times I spoke to Jack. C and B lawfirm got me less than 10G due to lack of anykind of communication. Period. They totally ruined my case. Would NEVER recomend them to anyone. Sincerely, Pete W.

    I had a deposition last year with John Looney had my accident for over 3 years. I know cases take time but the lack of communication of John getting back to me ( i leave at least 3 vm a week) is ridiculous. I just wanna know whats going on with my case. Havent spoken to any of the paralegal or my attorney since Jan. -Clarissa Portman

    [This review was written several days ago but erroneously posted elsewhere.] The one star is completely earned by the wonderful receptionist, who had a very good phone disposition and was quite lovely. Negative stars for the medical malpractice lawyer, who I feel was unresponsive, rude, dismissive, interruptive, condescending, unhelpful, untruthful, and discompassionate. A single, quick voicemail with an unintelligible name was left for me, shortly after sending a comprehensive email. It took a while to return call, for which I apologized. When i was finally able to speak with the lawyer: they constantly interrupted and talked over me; they rudely informed me that my correspondence would be 'long gone by now' (less than a month); they insisted, in a way that felt belittling and demeaning, that they had sent me email -- I had checked regularly, even searching multiple times with various search terms after that phone call, still finding absolutely nothing. The given reason why they would not help my loved one changed several times, and included incorrect statements, ending with that they couldn't be bothered because they wouldn't get enough of the money (they said they'd have to pay all of the settlement to insurance). When I began explaining that pursuing legal avenues was not about gaining the largest possible sums of money, but about helping my loved one, they again interrupted with callousness. No referrals, advice, or even well wishes. TL/DR: unresponsive; untruthful; unhelpful; unprofessional; rude; interruptive; money-driven; dismissive; condescending; uncaring (imo)
