Service tech came out for a washer and dryer repair and was within the time frame they scheduled it for. The washer was able to be fixed right away but the dryer needs a door latch assembly. I can completely understand that you can't stock every part on a vehicle. The tech assured me that if the part was in stock, he would be back in a couple days to install it. He came out within three days and installed the part and everything is working wonderfully. I will definitely use them again.

Office person was very nice and professional. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and then came back out and repaired the Wolf stove and range. would use them again. Great job and a fair price.

What a rip off.  Came out charge me for a service call of 108.00 for 10 minutes did not have the part in stock had to order it.  Could not get it from regular supplier tried to charge me an extra 10.95 for shipping only when i complained did he wave it.  Charged me 80.00 for a 60.00 part and then 58.00 to install after I complained took only 10.00 off . The initial  service call included 30 minutes labor.  They should have installed that for free as far as i am concerned they still owe me 48.00 bucks for the return visit and install.
