ive been looking for a good gyno for months bc of bad experiences. i made an appointment a day before and truly think that this gyno is the one ill be going to for the rest of my life. i went to Nathalie PA and she explained absolutely everything, made me feel very comfortable and overall such a pleasant experience. the staff were all so nice and provided me with all the information i needed. if you have no luck finding a good gyno especially in brooklyn, check this place out

I called to make a same day appointment. The front desk ladies were amazing - went out of their way to ask if I can have an emergency appointment, which was approved! Unbelievably fast and so kind in person! I then had the absolute pleasure of being seen by the PA Nathalie. Extraordinary bedside manner, made me feel extremely comfortable, all while doing a very thorough examination. Could not recommend this office more. Thank you so much!

The providers are great but you can NEVER get through on the phone. It is extremely frustrating. I am calling both numbers and no one answers the phone. I am trying to simply get an appointment and both times I've been on hold over 15 minutes. This is ridiculous!
