1 star goes to the worst receptionist! I have no complaints about doctors at all. Today I was trying the receptionist to take my new number of insurance along with my new name which she refused with poker face because I did not have an actual insurance card (it takes time for a new card to come in) She finally did it when I complained about it the doctor

I had a really bad experience there last year. The receptionist was so rude and I still get angry thinking about the overall experience. I heard good things about the doctors...but I wouldn't go back to this particular location

I am PA-C at Mount Sinai West and I've witnessed the careless treatment provided by the business associates who work in the front and some of the physicians - including Dr. Walia. A friend of mine had to change her OBGYN to this office and Dr. Walia did not take the time to explain the meaning of a biophysical profile and seems to lack the compassionate care when taking care of high-risk pregnant patients.
