Therese at it again- too cool for school. So that's a lie and a double down on my main complaint in calling me essentially an idiot again. The facts are you tried to create an account for me and mid signing me up it kept adding ur details and you grew frustrated and said "I can't do it" and I have other customers (for context I was buying only 1 inexpensive wine). You then gave me ur laptop and said see if you can do it. I started creating my account which i tried to use until I felt uncomfortable.I never stormed out as the entire experience sincerely made me feel horrible I wasn't even sure I should write a review because you intended to make me insecure and at first it worked.I never left.I actually bought a bottle of wine.Please don't be a Karen. I posted this yelp a bit back, but forgot to cross post to Google... Grossly overpriced and very limited stock and the staff was arrogant and unhelpful, bordering on rude. Take you business elsewhere and do not reward this sort of behavior.... After reading other reviews, I get the impression this may just be the one guy... perhaps he should find another job, instead of ruining peoples day when then just want to pick something nice... retail is obviously not his calling. What a jerk
