Have been a loyal customer for a year now but I'm sick of the waffling on mask policy. I was happy to wear a mask, distance and follow all the rules last year and most of this year, but I've been fully vaccinated for months now. This was the last store in my neighbourhood to dump the mask policy for vaxxed people (weeks after the CDC said it was fine) and now it's the first store to bring it back. I'm concerned that the employees and/or their families have not gotten their vaccination given the overly cautious and frankly paranoid policy. Check out B&S down the street instead for a sense of normalcy, and as an added bonus they're minority-owned.

I always love shopping here. Everybody who works here is friendly and knowledgeable, but also honest. They won't try and sell you the more expensive bottle just because, and if you ask for suggestions or advice they're happy to help. Plus there are quite frequently dogs hanging around to say hello to while you shop, and if you're into plants you can trade cuttings with the Owner as she keeps a container of them on the front counter. I also love being able to place orders and shop via the mobile app. All this, plus a rewards program where I build up store credit for shopping makes for a great experience!

Best store in the area. Beautiful layout, great selection, extremely friendly people, and they deliver! Also responsible about masking which I appreciate.
