Hired these guys to help clean up the windows in my office. EXCELLENT WORK. They did a tremendous job, and come highly recommended. Excellent customer service, and superb cleaning ability. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

NYC Window Cleaners are always extremely neat and reliable. Reasonable prices as well. They have a great team, I recommend them to everyone. Fantastic job, thank you!

I hired NY City Window to power wash my terrace pavers primarily based on the reviews on yelp. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as I had hoped. 1. Patrick was emphatic that they could clean my pavers. That was not the case. They left and the pavers weren't one ounce cleaner. 2. Mike arrived 4 hours late. Excuse was traffic. But doing a waze confirmation, the traffic may have caused 30 minute delay. Not 4 hours. 3. The worst part is that they ruined my custom planters (see photos). Causing giant dent on one side, and for whatever reason, power wash marks on the other. Not even sure why they would power washed my planters. I never asked them to. Not only did they waste my Saturday, they also ruined my custom planters. I brought all this to the attention of Patrick a few days ago. Still no response.
