It seems that its time for this guy Bob after being in business for 40 years to retire and relax. He is very rude and sick (by his own words).When I came to his place( which looks like a small closet with no windows and natural light) first time Bob was not nice and said that I need to appointment to walk in. He seemed annoyed and distructed. Well, I did the appointment because I did not know any other places. His place I found just by walking on the street. At the day of my appointment I felt that I am getting a little cold and called his place at 11 am to mention it. Unfortunatly, no one answered the phone. It was a recoding about the business but there was no way to leave a massage. So I still went to the place because I don't like to cancel at the last moment. When I walked in to the place Bob was there. No smile , no hello. He looked annoyed again. Seems like he does not really need new clients. I just mentioned that a have cold and tried to call earlier he said that he could not serve me and that I have to leave because he" was very sick"! It took for me 1 hour to get to his store, I did not feel well but came anyway so Bob did not loose business and his response was "to leave!" Oh, my God. What a terrible rude guy. After 40 years in business he should learn how to treat his potential clients... I had $2000 in cash in my bag to spend on wigs (I have alopecia) that day because on the phone Bob mentioned that "cash only". Well, will spent it at another store. His wigs looked very fake and old-fashioned to me. For old people who keep coming to his store after 40 years of business.
Stay away from this rude guy and his small smelly wig store with no natural light in it.
