IRENES WIGS | NEW YORK

I came in earlier today (Sunday) with my Kallah looking for a new wig. The girls in the showroom helped us immediately and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about the different styles of wigs and which ones looked best on my daughter. Came in with the intention of just coming to try on since This was her first time and we fell in love and wound up choosing her first wig! We had the best experience!

I usually go over reviews before purchasing anything or visiting a place. I was very nervous coming here due to the reviews but truth be told I had the absolute best experience here besides the fact I drove 5 hours to get here from Boston! From the minute I walked in there was nothing but smiles and someone from the showroom came to me within a couple of minutes to help me find a wig. It took us less than 20 minutes to complete everything! I was so shocked. The customer service here was excellent and they were so sweet! I highly recommend!

I have had the most horrible customer service experience. I bought a brand new wig and paid $1,500. After wearing it twice, the hair became all knotty and very rough. I went back and Irene agreed this is a damaged wig. She said we can try a keratin treatment. I didn't want that because keratin ruins the wig. But they wouldn't give a new wig. I finally get it back as a lump. They won't wash or style it. And now I have a horrible wig, treated with keratin. I was yelled at. Shame on them for not backing their wigs.
