You can't even order on the website. I have signed up for newsletters numerous times and never get a response!

I am very annoyed with this company. I just called to request a price list for different itiems for my business and the person that I encountered was EXTREMELY rude!! She started questioning me in regards to prior purchases and the quantity that I ordered. Then told nme that she desn't think she should send the price list to me and that the prices are extremely high!! Talk about racism and she doesn't know who she is talking too. She then told me to call back on Thursday or Friday and talk to Rosemary who is my sales representative, she's on vacation. I then asked her "Why would I have to call back just for a price list?" She then said ok...ok what is your fax number? I gave it too her and then asked her who might I be speaking too? She then said " I have another call" and then hung up the phone on me. If this is how Donnamax treats consumers who are trying to patronize their business, they are truly in for a rude awakening!! At this time i wuld not recommend this business to anyone when their customer service SUCKS!!!
