Worst company ever they take your money and run

Same experience with them stalling to give money back....took my order on ebay then unregistered. I've been waiting a week for a order than will never come. I've escalated a request/case for my money with Ebay.

Don't bother trying to save a few dollars by ordering from this company!! I ordered one supplement on 12-29-13 and they did not send it until 1-24-14. So it took a month to receive it. This alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. The item in the box was wrong, nothing like what I ordered. So I called them on about 2-5-14 and again on 2-11-14 and spoke to Carmen both times. She assured me both times that they would email me a shipping label to attach to the box, to send the wrong item back, and then give me a credit. That never happened and yes, I did also check my spam mail. Next I went online to Paypal on 2-15-14 and opened a dispute. But then I called them on 2-20-14, only to find out that a dispute cannot be acted upon if it is over 45 days since the order was placed. So that was useless, and also unreasonable, because I spent the first 30 days just waiting to get my (Incorrect) order. Today I called American Express and they gave me an immediate credit and said they would deal with the company directly. Thank you, American Express-I DO recommend them!!!

Do not buy from this company!!! The same exact thing happened to me as the other 2 reviewers and I wish I read those reviews before I placed my order. I placed my order on Monday, I called on Friday to check the status of my order and the woman told me the product is out of stock and they can no longer get it from the manufacturer. She said I would get a refund in an hour to my paypal acct. I called the company who makes the product I wanted to buy and found out they are still making it and there are no plans to discontinue the item. I called back several hours later and they did not take my call so I left a message and sent an e-mail asking for my refund. Still, nothing so I called from a different phone # and they answered. She told me that the refund would be issued in 24 hours, not one hour, which is not what she originally told me. She said the manager has to do the refund and he was not there. I said he needs to be contacted so I can be issued my refund right away. It took threats of calling the police because they are taking customers money knowing full well they do not have the products to sell and they are not refunding the money when they should have. She said it was noted in my order on Tuesday they did not have the product but she could not give me a reason why I was not contacted or issued a refund. They seem to be saying the same thing to all the customers about items not being in stock so I would definitely stay far away from them.
