I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. They made everything so easy for me. I've since ordered some SSDs from them and from now on anything server related I am ordering from them. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. Well these are the helpful kind of know-it-alls who treat you with respect and I highly recommend them.

Bought a dell poweredge about a year ago , had a million questions before I made the plunge for a homelab , amazing company, have had to upgrade a couple things with my growing needs and knowledge they have been amazing with help and suggestions, I would recommend them to anyone looking to find hardware at a reasonable price , shipping was super fast and very well packaged , it's been a great year with my poweredge r720, look forward to getting another server from these guys in the future

Excellent customer support, absolutely the highest quality products, and a box of nerds. What else can you ask for? Heck, I was about to go on a scavenger hunt for a USB stick to install software on my latest purchase, and when I opened the box one was there! I know where I'll continue to purchase my home lab needs from, and its here.

Pretty much cheapest place for refurbished enterprise servers. Love the ability to customize. Customer service great as well. If they could get better shipping deals they'd be unstoppable. Ordered customized refurbished server... showed up at my door in six days (NY to MI).
