Great place and friendly staff. I went in rather late and expected to be around staff that really didn't want to be there. They were the opposite. Friendly, kind and I actually had a nice conversation with the MA. Will be using them again!!

The reason for 2 stars is because even though the Dr is very nice and professional & they do have an X-ray machine, etc.. the front desk admissions girl is very nasty. As soon as you walk in your hit with her attitude. She asks you what your there for across the room without even looking at you. Do I want everyone in the room to know why I am there and know all my business? I went on a weekend so I don’t know if staff switches around. She acts like she is doing you a favor by talking to you, never looks up at you & she seems like she really hates her job. She made me feel guilty for even walking in there. It’s a shame because it is convenient for me in the neighborhood been going there since they opened but I can’t deal with that attitude. There is a new one on Nostrand I heard was great so going to try them next time.

As A Nurse Practitioner I urge you to stay away from this place due to UNSAFE CONDITIONS FOR PATIENTS And VERY RUDE STAFF at front desk!!!! I walked in in this place this morning with 2 small children . Front desk lady gave me a paper to fill out and asked me to do it in the little hallway , where 10 more people were standing to filling out their paperwork meanwhile the whole area inside was completely empty!! When I asked them how is it even safe for all of us stand there in a little closed space ( where everyone is sneezing and coughing in each other faces????!!! ). She told me that She DOESN’T HAVE TO EXPLAIN To me anything and I can just leave!!! Very rude and Unprofessional! Never ever in my life will go there again!!!! As a health care worker never been treated that way in my whole life!

I’ve been to this ProHealth a few times and they were great, but honestly today deserved for me to take time out my day and write a review. I went to ProHealth Marine Park with my 10 month year old because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have a babysitter at that moment. The wait was long- about an hour and little so by the time I was seen, my daughter was restless and crying/whining . I needed a few tests, which the nurse did super quick and efficiently, and X-rays but she couldn’t come with. The nurse and doctor waited with her for a few minutes and were trying to entertain her. I come back and they’re singing and doing a little dance for her (she’s astonished). That was very kind and sweet of them to do and I really appreciate all their efforts in supporting their patients.
