        Bought scrub tops online, items were deducted from bank account...two months later still no notification, no product, no nothing. I had to reach out to Ideal twice to see what was going on. Based on other reviews and my experience, their in-store shopping sounds much better than the online experience. Ideal really needs to tighten the reigns on their online experience (updating whether products are available, unavailable or just removing items from their online store period). Seems to be huge online store updating gaps between what's-for-sale and what's-in-the-inventory. In the end, I was refunded, but I was looking forward to getting these tops. The whole deal was not ideal.
