        Mike from dispatch at this location is the most unfit and unqualified individual who is worthless at his job. John the driver who is incompetent to perform his duties and pick up packages (part of his PRIMARY DUTY) had the audacity to call me and state " hello we went yo the loaction and there was no package. I was wondering if you'd have it ready by Monday?". ITS BEEN OUTSIDE MY DOOR FOR 6 DAYS waiting for you to pick up!!! Absolutely the worst experience. I'll be making a formal compalin too.
