If there's something said about perfect service and safe travelling without any worries for anything, for sure it is said about Aegean Travel. These guys are simply awesome!!!! Thank you for that!

This company has no integrity and is dishonest with their customers.  First they have made a mistake booking the flight, after which, Aida told me I can look for my own flights.  After me insisting she is the travel agent and that I trust she has the power to do her job right she called Expedia on three way, they have fond me a flight that worked.  I paid expedia directly... This followed by me finding out a day later that Aegean charged my credit card without my authorization for a full trip and on top of that a deposit which has not been refunded.  They have promised to overnight me a check, it came in regular mail a week later written to VISA.  After me asking if this was a joke, they have told me to stop calling them and that they have done everything right.  I told them that I am unable to cash this check, it has to be written in my name I have not heard from them since.  My Visa card is notified and will be disputing the charges.  I strongly suggest to not use this company for your travel arrangements. This company is dishonest and has no core values.
