Sketchy, poor communicators, unable to navigate conversations with insurance companies, will bill you incorrectly, and lose track of their own files. Doctors are unfamiliar with basics of diabetes care, not to mention their own pharmacy-order software. Save your time, money, and sanity and go elsewhere.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Called to make an appointment and while on hold forever the automated system advises you to book an appointment online. I went to the website, and booked an appointment for today at 2:15PM with my pcp. I arrive 15 minutes early to be told I do not have an appointment as the request was not received. I was then told unless someone calls you to confirm, the appointment isn't valid. I immediately asked can I schedule an appointment and I was informed there are no availabilities until 6/9, while online there are availabilities as early as tomorrow. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting my insurance to change my pcp.

Terrible scheduling and coordination here. Forgetting about patients waiting, then receiving 3 different times via email/text for follow up AND they use 3 different systems for patient access - wasted so much time trying for 1 appointment and results follow up. Suggest go elsewhere and avoid headache
