This Clinic is under 0 professionalism, they are not organized well! They are not open on time! I had an appointment at 9:20 am, and it was my first time there. I had to go 20 min earlier for filling the paper works. I went there at 9:00 am in the morning, even the door wasn’t open yet! Employees and patients were waiting outside for 15-20 minutes to go in. It’s very unprofessional! I only chose this place because of doctor’s review on ZocDoc. His name is Carl Nicoleau. Unfortunately, the doctor was not there at the day I went. Another doctor was looking the patients… there was a lady doctor. Also, Their system is always down! They were supposed to email for referral, but they told me call tomorrow. A day later, I called them, same they told me to call tomorrow because “their system is down call us tomorrow” they said! I called them again! Same result! They said “Call us tomorrow because system is down!” It’s your choice to your clinic! I won’t recommend you this place for your clinics!

This is a great clinic until the pandemic now they don’t even acknowledge the patients by calling them or anything kind of disappointed

Worst receptionists ever. i've worked in many medical / provider type offices and the mannerisms of these people... They work for their check and try to do as little as possible. Not for society, not for helping people, just themselves. If your insurance assigned you this place, call to reassign them. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FORCE YOURSELF TO TAKE A BAD PRACTICE.
