There are always issues with this travel agency. Three years ago at the last minute the plane got cancelled to our destination and we lost a day of our 7 day trip - never got a refund or compensation for those plane tickets.
This year they cancelled our trip, didn't give us our money back. It took a few months of us calling the agency for updates, leaving messages without a reply or mere acknowledgement from them, when we made a claim to our credit card. The travel agency lied to the bank saying we cancelled the trip and provided false information.
Never booking anything with them again. Not trustworthy. If I could give them 0 stars - I would.
