lorraine was ok & kinda friendly until she got full payment because when i was not satisfied with some things told 2me basically lies she got upset and hung up please don't use her all she cared about was my money guess shes having a hard time during covid making reservations poor businesship

We don't normally leave reviews but this needed to be said and you should read this! My husband and I can not say enough nice things about our experience with Ash at Expedia Cruise ship centers. He helped us plan and create our dream come true vacation/honeymoon to Australia. Let me tell you I was a pain in the neck! I put him through so much because I wanted our vacation to be perfect. Honestly I'm a bit of a control freak and I always am the one planning everything. So when I first met Ash I didn't think he would be able to pull off planning our dream trip, while keeping within our budget. I was 1000% wrong about him. See we didn't want to go halfway around the world and regret not doing something...but we also aren't made of money. Ash was amazingly patient with me as I asked a ton of questions and made changes until everything was just right. He made a ton of excellent suggestions and really did the research to know what he was getting us into. Our trip was... complicated, by our choice but still complicated. In total over our 3 week trek we got on 6 planes, a cruise, rented a car, stayed at 6 different hotels, visited 10 cities and booked a ton of activities. Everything ran smoothly. Each hotel was more beautiful then the next. Every reservation was correct there were no problems checking in, no issues with flights. It was a perfectly put together plan. He even looked after us after everything was booked. We were already on the flight to Australia when our first hotel realized they over booked. He stayed up late (because of the time difference) and called Australia to get it all straightened out for us. By the time we landed I had a email, voicemail and a text message from him. Letting us know of the minor hiccup and the resolution. In the end he got us upgraded to an even better hotel and made sure we knew the new address so we went directly to the correct place. We can not even begin to explain how much relief we felt in that moment , we knew he was going to keep an eye on everything for us and that we couldst enjoy our honeymoon.
