I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what kind of service and attention I've got when I applied for Russian visa renewal. It wasn't the first agency who made visa for me, but all previous agencies refused to do it because my situation was a complicated one. Alisa was the only one who highly professionally prepared all documents for the Russian consulate, and encourage me till the time visa was approved. I am very happy. My mom is in a critical condition in Russia, and we both were waiting for this visa, so we can hopefully meet again!
