I cannot thank Rafael enough for his help. Not only was he professional, but as he checked my battery and helped me discover that there was a bigger issue with my vehicle, he also was patiently waited with me to figure out the logistics of my next steps, and eventually towed my car to their primary location. While checking over my car, Nick did a fantastic job with communication as soon as I got there, and with continual follow ups. Biggest ponzi scheme in the world. DO NOT USE THES PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. They outsource to third parties and share your credit card information with said third parties without your permission. They dont answer any calls once you've given them your business. A true nightmare - stay away.
