3 months to replace a bumper. He told me only 2 weeks. Hands me a business card with a disconnected phone number. I had to locate his other shop to get a working number. Never picks up his phone or returns messages. Took the money from my insurance. Just read all the reviews. Has a place on 100st in Ozone Park with disconnected number & disconnected electric. Has another place on Sheffield Ave in Brooklyn. This is the worst place. He doesnt have a website. I wonder why.

NIGHTMARE !! please beware of this place. I hope this review finds you before they do. They really took advantage of my situation and Im still suffering to this day. If your car is there for 24 hours go get it back now. First They found me at the scene of my car accident. I didnt call them. they convinced me my car need towing because there is no way I can drive it. Second They promised me some low deductible and told me its One Flat Rate (it was reasonable) if they tow my car right off the scene and they could repair it they said dont worry about it, the insurance company will cover it (remember this part) *details: my car got rear ended all I needed was a new bumper and maybe a new wheel. Total they told me was $7,000- 8,000. The insurance company didnt pay it, so I had to stay in a lawsuit over a year. My car was fairly new, very low mileage and not a foreign car either Third Went 3-4 weeks later attempting to take my car back, because I was getting PARKING TICKETS in the mail the assistant /wife told me, the holding fee or storage fee is now 6,000 so I might as well let them fix it my naïve self I said okay fine because I couldnt pay all that money and walk away with nothing. By the time I saved enough money to get my car, I had so much unpaid parking tickets it was sad Final They fixed it and the moment I drove off I heard a squeaking sound coming from the rare end where I got hit. I was never going back there My car now wobbles like its going to fall apart any minute. Moral of experience be careful ladies dont let these fake mechanics take advantage. Its a special place in hell for people like this, I feel sorry for the karma of this family. ( PITIFUL)
