I paid for a ticket for the emery roth birthday event. I was not provided a link to watch later. I submitter a refund or to have the link sent to me. No link was sent but I did receive a rude response insisting the link had been sent. That person should have simple sent me a link. Why would that be anything more than a cut and paste solution. That person should be fired. Ill hold off posting a review for now, but beware Untapped Cities. Your ticket purchase may not be honored.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was provided a promo code (one month free). When the code did not work, and instead I was charged an entire YEARS subscription, I contacted Untapped and they did nothing. I am an out of work historian (due to covid) who wanted to simply try out the website. Customer service was rude, not helpful, and here I am, out of $150 that really could have been used differently. Website is hard to navigate too. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My wife and I took the subway tour in Manhattan on 25 Sep 2021. Gabby was a great tour guide and even helped us figure out how to get back uptown after the tour was over. I highly recommend this tour and think even native New Yorkers would find it interesting to learn about the history of the system they likely use daily.

The Dutch tour was fantastic!
